Camp Information

The Albrook School, which is nestled on 6 1/2 acres on Somerville Road in Bernards Township, has air conditioned rooms, two heated in-ground pools, extensive playgrounds, and is staffed with Montessori trained teachers and experienced lifeguards and swim instructors. Each program is instructed by a trained teacher.

Children must be 4 years old to attend the summer program. All campers must be completely toilet trained. Children registering for Explore the World or Exploring Nature must be 5 years old by January 1, 2012. If your child requires daily medication or has a life threatening allergy, please check with the office before registering.

Each camper will have a swimming lesson in our heated pools each morning. Full day campers will also have a free swim in the afternoon. A morning and an afternoon snack will be provided. Full day children bring their own lunch. The goal of The Albrook School Summer Camp is a peanut free environment. No food that contains any form of nuts may be brought to camp. We will provide one special lunch each session for campers who attend full days.

In addition to the free swim, full day campers will participate in group activities such as: cooking, storytelling, sewing, crafts, art, board games, woodworking, ball games, jewelry making, computers, etc.

Registration Information

Reservations may be made by returning the Registration Form with your payment. Total payment of fees will secure enrollment. We will take summer camp students on a first come basis. No registration will be accepted one week before the camp session.

The Albrook School has a non-discriminatory policy with regard to race, religion and national origin, both in the admission of students and in the employment of faculty and staff.

Refund Policy

$50.00 fee for withdrawal each session prior to April 16, 2012. $10.00 fee to change a program. No refunds will be given after April 16, 2012 for withdrawal or program change.
